Whilst its common to provide inhouse property management and lettings we noticed that many rent to rent managers are looking for flexible, reasonably priced back office services. Rent2Rent back office is a product for portfolio landlords and rent to rent managers who need help managing their lets. We will carry out a process review with you and offer you a bespoke package. Services can include:
- Admin only service; we on board your tenants getting your contracts signed, taking initial payments, carry out right to rent checks and handing over keys
- Maintenance only service; we manage all maintenance requests from your tenants according to your instructions retaining a detailed log
- Key holding: we can check your tenants in carrying out right to rent checks and handing over keys in our office in Clapham, SW London.
- Room lets; we are experienced in room lets and have acccounts with spareroom, gumtree and easyroommate. We make sure your ads are refreshed frequently and minimise your voids.
- Full management; if you wish we can provide full management for some of your properties either on a permanant or temporary basis if you need holiday cover.
