Lion Yard Lettings was established in 2011 from an office in Wandsworth, South West London. We are a new kind of agent sometimes referred to as a ‘hybrid’. That means we combine the full service model provided by high street agents with more reasonable prices that those using online agents are looking for. How do we do this? We are ‘not on the high street’ and operate from a serviced office in Clapham, SW4. We have grown mainly through recommendations and don’t have a hefty marketing budget. We have tailored our service to suit landlords that want a comprehensive service but don’t want to pay for extras – like an in house interior designer or a concierge service.
As we have grown our business, our landlords have grown theirs and many of our landlords have properties spread across London. We try to offer a one-stop-shop for those landlords, so we let and manage properties up to a half hour commute from our offices in Clapham. We don’t just cater for big landlords though. We love to help new landlords to navigate the process of letting their first property and understanding the requirements of successfully managing a property.
